Medical Grade Commercial Cleaning for medical offices and other healthcare facilities requires an extra measure of training and trust.
It’s a trust we take seriously.
Never has that been more apparent than over the past two years of battling the pandemic.
Common types of healthcare providers we serve with medical grade commercial cleaning:
- Hospitals and medical centers
- Urgent care facilities
- Medical offices
- Walk-in clinics
- Surgery centers
- Dental offices
- Veterinary clinics
- Nursing homes
Cleaning healthcare facilities has three main goals: presenting a clean, attractive atmosphere that appeals to new and returning patients; meeting strict federal safety and privacy requirements; and protecting the health and safety of the medical team and patients.
Our commercial cleaning teams are equipped to meet these unique needs, and our Healthy Clean System can be customized to fit facilities of all sizes and in every industry, which helps provide healthier, safer places to work.
Healthcare Training
In addition to training for routine professional-level Medical Grade Commercial Cleaning, our teams train in HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, handling needles and other strict OSHA safety standards.
We use a color-coded cleaning system to help ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination between restrooms and other areas such as, exam rooms and waiting rooms.
Safety Data Sheets are kept onsite, along with a written exposure control plan.
Thorough Cleaning
All medical buildings require thorough and detailed cleaning, from top to bottom.
Patients and visitors have especially high expectations for cleanliness in their doctor’s office or hospital.
Every corner must be dusted and mopped.
Restrooms must be spotless, with no overflowing trash cans.
We hold these same expectations and standards for our cleaning teams.
Disinfecting and Sanitizing
We give special attention to applying medical grade disinfectants to high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches and appliance handles.
We also use state-of-the-art electrostatic sprayers and misters to sanitize and disinfect common areas, personal spaces and hard-to-reach corners throughout your facility.
Electrostatic sprayers are the new standard in infection control.
They can quickly and effectively apply disinfectant to hard-to-reach areas and are safe to use around electronic equipment and sensitive devices.
They are vital in the fight against the spread of germs that cause COVID-19, flu and other respiratory illnesses.
Professionalism
Office Pride teams wear uniforms for ease of identification and security purposes.
They also use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with guidelines set by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
All Office Pride franchises are fully bonded and insured.
Additionally, they are customer-service oriented.
Your patients, visitors and staff can feel comfortable with the professional appearance and training of the team servicing your facility.
