Office Pride Named in “Culture100” List
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services has been named to Franchise Business Review’s inaugural “Culture100” list, which recognizes 100 brands with the best franchise cultures.
“We are pleased to be included on Franchise Business Review’s first ‘Culture100’ list,” said Todd Hopkins, Office Pride’s founder and CEO. “We have built an awesome culture here at Office Pride by keeping our core values at the very center of everything we do. Our core values are the ‘decision filters’ we use to guide all of the actions and decisions we make.”
Office Pride was among 300 brands that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on best franchise cultures. Franchisees were surveyed on questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding their franchise system in areas such as leadership, training and support, the franchisee community and work-life balance. Franchise Business Review is a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and publishes rankings based on franchisee satisfaction and performance.
“Many franchise organizations ‘talk the talk’ when it comes to culture, but it’s clear that they don’t all ‘walk the walk’,” said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “A strong culture doesn’t just happen within a company – it has to be designed, built and constantly maintained. The franchise companies that have the honor of being named to our first annual ‘Culture100’ list are clearly among the best of the best franchises in the business.”
The Office Pride franchise system is ranked among the nation’s top franchises by multiple organizations. Consistently rated one of Franchise Business Review’s Top 200 franchises to buy, Office Pride also was included this year on Franchise Business Review’s Top 50 Recession-Proof Franchises, Top 100 Low-Cost Franchises and Top 50 Best Second Career Franchises. Office Pride is a member of Franchise Business Review’s Hall of Fame, which means the company has been listed among the top franchises for more than 10 years. The brand also is ranked among Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 and Top Franchises for Veterans lists, and Franchise Dictionary Magazine’s Top 100 Game Changers.
