Office Pride Franchise Owner’s Business Featured in Indianapolis Fast 50

Office Pride multi-unit owner Chris Middleton’s janitorial services business, operating under the name CKM Enterprises, was ranked No. 18 on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Fast 25. The Fast 25 recognizes the fastest-growing businesses in the Indianapolis area. 

Middleton owns Office Pride of Noblesville-Fishers, Office Pride of Muncie-Old West End and Office Pride of Kokomo-Tipton, all of Indiana. His franchises primarily serve manufacturing and health care businesses, and last year he won a contract that more than doubled his business from the previous year. The Fast 25 article noted that his 2024 revenue was $7.2 million, with his revenue increasing 84.38% from FY 2022 to 2024. 

He anticipates adding additional franchise units in other parts of Indiana, doubling his business over the next five to seven years.
