Office Pride’s Franchisee Satisfaction Earns a Spot on Top 200
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services once again has been included in Franchise Business Review’s prestigious Top 200 Franchises list. The 14th annual ranking is based on franchisee satisfaction ratings and reviews.

Eighty-six of Office Pride’s franchisees, or 77 percent of owners, responded to the Franchise Business Review’s questionnaire. Franchisees were asked questions about the franchisor that focused on areas such as leadership, training and core values. Franchisees rated Office Pride “excellent” in the core values category and “very good” in training and support, franchise system, leadership, franchisee community, owner enjoyment, financial opportunity and general satisfaction.
More than 30,000 franchisees from 310 leading brands were surveyed between June 2017 and November 2018 to gather data for the annual ranking. Office Pride, at No. 31 on the list, earned an 80 percent overall rating, which ranks the company among the best franchises in which to invest.
