FLORENCE, Ala. – Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Service’s Ashley and Steve Winkle, owners of Office Pride of the Shoals, have been named to Franchise Business Review™’s 2019 list of “Rock Star Franchise Owners.”
The couple were selected for the “Rock Star Franchise Owners” list from among more than 27,000 franchisees representing more than 300 brands. They were nominated by franchise brand leaders as franchisees who displayed admirable leadership, business acumen, financial and professional success and contributions to their community.
“What an honor to be included in such a talented group of business owners,” Ashley Winkle said. “We are excited about the future of our company as we continue to serve our amazing customers and grow into the Birmingham, Alabama, market in 2019.”
The Winkles, who also won Office Pride’s 2018 Rookie of the Year honors, opened their commercial cleaning business in 2017 and recorded the highest sales for first-year owners in Office Pride history. They recently purchased a second franchise, Office Pride of Birmingham-Homewood, which will open soon.
Todd Hopkins, founder and president/CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, noted that in a short time, the Winkles had become respected leaders in the company. “We are so pleased for Ashley and Steve Winkle, our newest multi-unit franchise owners,” Hopkins said. “We always knew Ashley and Steve were rock stars, and now the rest of the franchise industry knows, too. They are truly outstanding members of the Office Pride family.”
Franchise Business Review is an independent market research firm that specializes in benchmarking franchisee satisfaction based exclusively on ratings and reviews from franchise owners. President and COO Michelle Rowan said choosing the Rock Star Franchise Owners was difficult because so many franchisees are achieving their dreams through franchising.
“In the end, we chose individuals who exemplify the qualities that make the franchising model work: a strong work ethic, leadership and a real commitment to their business and community. Each one of them is truly a franchise ‘Rock Star’,” Rowan said.
