Seven years ago, we started our first Office Pride franchise with a desire to build a business that reflected our faith, created opportunities for others, and made a positive impact in our community. Today, we are grateful to have our three sons working alongside us, making this truly a family business.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is helping our team members pursue their goals in life. We believe every person has value and potential, and we enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and supporting our employees as they grow personally and professionally.

Outside of the business, we serve as marriage coaches and are actively involved in our local church. We are passionate about giving back and supporting ministries that care for vulnerable families, including foster care initiatives and programs that help feed our neighbors in need.

At Office Pride, cleaning buildings is only part of what we do. Our greater purpose is to serve people with integrity, build lasting relationships, and use our business as a way to make a positive difference throughout the communities we serve.
