Ricardo Cortes is the owner and director of operations for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of San Jose-Fremont.
Office Pride of San Jose-Fremont provides routine janitorial services and a full range of commercial cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, banks and other commercial properties to the communities in and around the Fremont and San Jose areas.
The franchise, which has an office in Fremont, also offers specialty services such as floor stripping, carpet cleaning and electrostatic spray treatment, which disinfects common areas, personal spaces and hard-to-reach corners and crevices. The use of electrostatic sprayers has been particularly effective in providing disinfection services to help combat the spread of germs that cause COVID-19, flu and other respiratory illnesses.
Prior to opening his Office Pride franchise, Cortes worked in the supply chain and logistics industries. He says he is a “hands-on” leader who appreciates organization and structure.
Cortes and his wife, Sadiee Morales, say they were drawn to Office Pride because of the brand’s strong core values. Through their business, they intend to build a community of care, honesty and integrity with their employees and customers. “I’m a firm believer in treating people with dignity and respect,” Cortes says. “My goal for the business is to be the most prestigious commercial cleaning service in the area and to provide every customer with superior quality work.”
