Damaris & Phillip Coles: Co-Owners
Damaris Coles is Office Pride San Antonio’s manager and owner, who supports her employees and provides quality services for all her clients. She knows to always do what’s right and take the advice business communication requires seven times and seven ways to heart while operating her business. To jump-start the day, her ideal beverage would be either a strawberry matcha or an iced coffee. Damaris shares with us that her walk-in song is “I Know Who I Am” by Sinach.
Phillip Coles is our owner and runs on black coffee to conquer the day! If he were to walk into the workplace, his soundtrack would be “The Boss” by James Brown, as he always says to “always be prepared.” When Phillip is not helping his team, he is on his computer at home or flexing his bowling skills at your neighborhood bowling alley.
Tyesha Jones: Operations Assistant
Tyesha Jones, our Operations Assistant, starts the day right with a Kickstart Energy Drink. Ty shares with us that if she walks into a room, the song “I Was Born to Win,” by Kevin Davidson & The Voices. When we asked her what the best piece of career advice she has received or given is, she told us, “Value yourself.” After a hard day of work, she can be chilling at home or humming her favorite tune.
Jennifer Callahan: Executive Assistant
Jennifer Callahan serves as the Executive Assistant, providing organizational support and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. She starts each morning with a cup of coffee and Bible reading, setting a positive and focused tone for the day. Her walk-up theme song is “Praise” by Elevation Worship, a reflection of the energy and encouragement she brings to her work. The best advice Jennifer has ever received is simple but impactful: “Be humble and teachable.” She strives to carry that mindset into both her professional and personal life.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, creating handmade beaded necklaces, and spending quality time with her family.
Letty Medonza: Assistant Manager
Letty Medonza helps the team as Assistant Manager and ensures that the workflow is progressing smoothly. Her to-go routine features an iced caramel macchiato and a positive working attitude for the day. If she had a personal walk-up song when she entered the workplace, her song would be “All I Do Is Win” by T-Pain. Letty shares that the best advice she has received is to “not worry about what others think and to keep pushing to try my hardest in my work”. When she is not at work, Letty is at home with family, doing DIY crafts, and creating decorations, balloons, and treats for parties. Finally, her favorite Office Pride Value is always doing what is right since it’s the best thing in life. If we all did the right thing even when no one is looking, life would be less chaotic.
Connie Trevino: Inspector
Connie Trevino provides clients with a consistent and quality cleaning experience and is always willing to help others as our Inspector. She takes on the day with coffee and Jesus by listening to three inspiring sermons from three distinct Pastors. If Connie walked into a room, her theme song would be “Dear Diary” by Silent Partner. Some of her best feedback has been her patience and ability to provide a listening ear. When she provides her service at Office Pride, she joins her dynamic production team at church, capturing excellence through the camera lens or working on her woodworking projects.
Kollin Spenrath: Team Lead
Kollin Spenrath is detail-oriented and provides quality service as our Team Lead. To kickstart his shifts, he insists on drinking one or two icy Alani beforehand and would have “Rio” by Duran Duran playing when he walks in. The advice he shares with us is to “make time for yourself,” and he does so in his free time by spending time with his partner, making pancakes, taking photos, or watching their favorite shows.
Faith Aguirre: Administrative Assistant
Faith Aguirre supports Office Pride as an Administrative Assistant and provides effective technology operations. Every day is jump-started with her instant iced coffee with protein powder at her work desk. Faith’s personal walk-up song would be “Thunderstruck” by AC/DC to bring the momentum for a long day’s work. The best piece of advice given is “Easy Come, Easy Go,” which tells her to always be prepared and to keep her cool. After hours, Faith is an aspiring artist studying business and can be found tending to her guinea pigs or other pets. At Office Pride, Faith’s favorite value is accountability to commitments since we can only build trust with each other if we fulfill our commitments and communicate.
