Meet the Owner: Stephanie & Andrew Farnsworth

Stephanie and Andrew Farnsworth are the owners of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Fort Wayne-Columbia City, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise.
Before joining Office Pride, Stephanie worked in finished vehicle logistics inventory and as a respiratory therapist. Her husband also has 20 years experience in finished vehicle logistics.
“Our backgrounds in finished vehicle logistics has allowed us to service some of the biggest auto manufacturers in the world,” Stephanie Farnsworth says. “We have always strived to not only meet, but also exceed, our customers’ high expectations.”
Office Pride of Fort Wayne-Columbia City provides a full range of routine janitorial and commercial cleaning services to banks, medical offices, churches, office spaces and other commercial facilities throughout the metro area.
The business also offers specialty services such as floor and window cleaning, sanitization, disinfection and electrostatic spray treatment, which is effective in disinfecting common areas, personal spaces and hard-to-reach corners and crevices.
The Farnsworths say they chose Office Pride because the company’s values were closely aligned with their own.
“We have both always wanted to own our own business,” Andrew Farnsworth says. “The Office Pride values aligned with our own and we look forward to supporting and giving back to our community.”
When they aren’t working, the couple enjoys spending time with their four children, going to concerts, camping, kayaking, hiking and sports events.
