Preston Hund is the owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Denton-Lewisville, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses to the north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

Hund’s location will serve the areas that include the surrounding communities of Denton, Lewisville, Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony, Flower Mound, Southlake and Grapevine.

Before joining Office Pride, Hund spent a decade in executive management consulting and leadership development, working directly with the executives of small and mid-market companies to build plans for growth. He has also worked in other managerial and support roles for software companies.

“My familiarity with service delivery, communication and management responsibilities enables me to create a rapport with key decision makers and understand the needs of managers and owners,” he says. “My goal is to become the premier commercial cleaning solution in my area.”

The Denton-Lewisville location provides a full range of janitorial services for all industries, with a primary focus on banks, churches, medical facilities, office buildings and schools in the local and surrounding areas.

Services include touchless sanitizing, sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards.

Hund, like many Office Pride franchisees, was drawn to the company because of its values.
