Meet the Owner: Mike Straszheim
Office Pride of Dayton-Eaton
Michael Straszheim is the owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Dayton-Eaton, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses throughout western Ohio.
Straszheim’s professional background includes more than 20 years of construction management. He served as the vice president and general manager of a multi-state distributor. He also received a bachelor’s degree in construction management and serves on the board for an international missions organization.
“Office Pride provides a balance that allows me to work on the business, spend time with family and work in ministry,” he says. “I also enjoy being in a service-oriented business that has a critical impact in our community.”
Office Pride of Dayton-Eaton provides a full range of janitorial services to offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, schools, government buildings, churches, banks and other commercial properties. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards. Floor care, pressure washing and window cleaning services are also available.
“My background as a business owner and manager has given me a keen insight into what it takes to run a business day-to-day,” he says. “I can take the janitorial and cleaning tasks off other business owner’s plate and allow them to focus on running their business.”

In his personal time, Straszheim is involved with Centerville Christian Church, coaches and assists with youth sports teams and community projects. He also enjoys camping, boating and supporting his children in their activities, which include horseback riding, soccer and volleyball.
