Carlos Egusquiza and Josenia Bracho are the new owners of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise.

Egusquiza has experience in corporate finance, hospitality and industrial engineering. He brings his experience to his South Florida Office Pride location to serve businesses throughout the Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida, area.

“I’ve spent a career gaining knowledge and insight through other business ventures,” he said. “Those prior ventures helped prepare me to make this cleaning business a success.”

Egusquiza previously served as an Airbnb super host, having converted several housing units into vacation rentals. He also has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and five years’ experience in industrial engineering.

“Working with the Airbnb units taught me the discipline to follow a process, customer service to work with the guests and the resourcefulness to make the business better for our customers,” he said. “My corporate finance and industrial engineering background also provides me the wherewithal to constantly analyze our business for process improvements.”

Egusquiza is an active member of the local Hispanic community.

Office Pride provides a full range of janitorial services to offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, schools, government buildings, churches, banks and other commercial properties. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards.

Egusquiza was drawn to Office Pride because of the company’s values.
