Office Pride of St. Petersburg-Seminole

Jim Crouch is the owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of St. Petersburg-Seminole, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses throughout the western Tampa Bay area.

Crouch’s professional background includes work in commercial loan operations, sales and management. When he was ready for a new business venture, he wanted one within the service industry.

“I was totally impressed with (Office Pride Founder) Todd Hopkins and his testimony, faith, sincerity and integrity,” Crouch says. “I was excited to be a part of an organization with him at the helm.”

Crouch, who says he has a bit of “old-school” mentality when it comes to business, serves as the owner and operational manager of Office Pride of St. Petersburg-Seminole, overseeing all facets of the business.

“The customer might not always be correct, but they are always right,” he says. “I have worked in many different service industries in various capacities, which has helped to prepare me for any challenges presented in my Office Pride business.”

Office Pride of St. Petersburg-Seminole provides a full range of janitorial services to offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, schools, government buildings, churches, banks and other commercial properties. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards. Floor care, pressure washing and window cleaning services are also available.

Like many Office Pride franchisees, Crouch was drawn to Office Pride because of the company’s values.

“I am a Christian and Office Pride’s culture aligns perfectly with my personal beliefs and values,” he says. “For me, there’s really no better fit.”

Crouch has three children and three grandchildren. His niece serves as the bookkeeper for his Office Pride business.
