Meet the Owner: Matt Mays
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning in Lexington, Kentucky
As the owner of Office Pride Lexington-Georgetown, Matt Mays brings experience, expertise, and passion to the commercial cleaning industry. He bought Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown in 2018 and opened Office Pride of Elizabethtown-Radcliff in 2020.
He says he fell in love with the values, team, and willingness to serve others at Office Pride, a faith-based franchise.
“Integrating my faith into my work brings so much more purpose and fulfillment, especially when it comes to ministering to others,” Mays said.
Matt was recognized by the International Franchise Association as one of the association’s Franchisee of the Year at the 2022 convention. He holds a degree in accounting and began his career in accounting and financial modeling.
He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International, the International Facility Management Association, the Chamber of Jeffersontown, the OneSouthern Chamber of Commerce, and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce.
An avid runner, Mays enjoys exploring local parks with his wife, Kelsea, their daughter, and two labs, Brody and Basil.
“We believe in teamwork and being a family at Office Pride,” Mays added. “Our clients are part of that family, and we do everything we can to deliver the best services possible to help them succeed.”
