Owner of Muncie, Noblesville & Chattanooga Franchises Wins Office Pride’s Top Company Award
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Chris Middleton, the owner of three Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Service franchises in Chattanooga, Tenn., Noblesville and Muncie, Ind., has been awarded the national company’s Franchisee of the Year honors.
Middleton was recognized with the company’s top honors at Office Pride’s annual owners’ retreat in Chattanooga. The Franchisee of the Year Award recognized Middleton and his team for exhibiting phenomenal growth, sales and customer retention and for being an outstanding leader who exemplifies the franchise system’s core values, said Todd Hopkins, founder and president/CEO, at the awards dinner. “Chris Middleton checks all the boxes,” Hopkins added.
In addition to the Franchisee of the Year award, Middleton’s Office Pride of Noblesville-Fishers also was inducted into the Two Million Dollar Club, reserved for owners who billed at least $2 million in a calendar year, and his Office Pride of Chattanooga-Lake Hills franchise joined the Million Dollar Club. He also received a Standards of Excellence Award, which recognizes promotion of Office Pride’s core values, sales growth and revenue retention, engagement and reporting.
“I am shocked and honored to be named Franchisee of the Year,” Middleton said. “We have always been a steady franchise unit and have been blessed by God with a great team. The awards belong to our teams. They have earned them.”
Middleton first joined Office Pride as the independent owner and operator of the Noblesville franchise in 2009. He purchased the Muncie franchise in 2015 and added the Chattanooga location in 2017. Middleton’s Noblesville franchise has been awarded a Standards of Excellence Award every year, and he also was named Office Pride’s Franchisee of the Year in 2010.
Middleton and his wife of 27 years, Kim, live in Noblesville. They have four sons, Derek, Matthew, Cody and Joshua.
