Jason Courtney is the CEO and Franchise Owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Pensacola. His journey in the commercial cleaning industry began in 2011 as a frontline cleaner in Pensacola, Florida. Through hard work, leadership, and a strong commitment to customer service, Jason worked his way through the industry before becoming a franchise owner in 2015. Since then, he has helped grow the Pensacola operation into the largest franchise within the Office Pride system.
Jason brings a practical, hands-on leadership style shaped by real-world operational experience. Over the years, he has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining a culture centered around accountability and service excellence. In 2020, he earned his Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation, further strengthening his expertise within the commercial cleaning industry.
In addition to Office Pride, Jason is also a franchise owner with Scooter’s Coffee. He is passionate about leadership development, operational growth, and creating opportunities for employees to succeed both professionally and personally. Olon Hyde: Franchise Owner & President
Olon Hyde is the President and Franchise Owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Pensacola. Since entering the commercial cleaning industry in 2010, Olon has built a career rooted in servant leadership, operational excellence, and developing strong teams. What makes his perspective unique is the path he took to ownership — starting as a frontline employee, later serving on Office Pride’s corporate leadership team as Director of Operations, and eventually becoming a franchise owner himself. That experience has given him a hands-on understanding of the business at every level.
Today, Olon helps lead one of the company’s most recognized franchise operations, focused on creating positive workplace cultures while delivering exceptional service to customers throughout the Pensacola area. Under his leadership, the company has earned recognition for both operational performance and community involvement, including being named Pensacola’s #1 Employer at EntreCon.
In addition to Office Pride, Olon is also a franchise owner with Scooter’s Coffee. He is passionate about mentoring leaders, building businesses that positively impact people, and creating opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally. Mathew Davis: Franchise Owner & Director of Operations
Mathew Davis is the Director of Operations and a part-owner at Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Pensacola, where he helps oversee daily operations, team development, and service quality across the organization. With more than a decade of leadership experience in operations management, customer service, and employee development, Mathew leads a large operations team that includes managers, supervisors, and frontline cleaning staff throughout the Pensacola area.
Before joining Office Pride, Mathew held leadership and training positions in both retail and restaurant management, where he developed a strong foundation in employee coaching, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. His experience across multiple industries has shaped a leadership style focused on communication, accountability, and building positive workplace cultures where employees can succeed and grow.
In addition to Office Pride, Mathew is also part of the ownership team for Scooter’s Coffee locations in the Pensacola market. His operational mindset and team-focused leadership approach have helped support growth across both businesses.
