Doug Phillip
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Phillip joined Office Pride as Chief Executive Officer in 2024, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in national and global franchising. He was previously President of Budget Blinds and Executive Vice President of Home Franchise Concepts and served as Vice President of International Operations for International Dairy Queen. He leads the company’s day to day and, with the executive leadership team, sets the long-term strategy for corporate growth and franchise owner success.
