Office Pride of Indianapolis-Greenwood

Scott Gipson is the owner of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Indianapolis-Greenwood, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses throughout the Indianapolis metro area.

Gipson began his professional career in the banking industry in 1988 after graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University. In 1994 he began working as a field claims adjuster and was promoted in 2004 as the Indiana regional claims manager. Gipson also worked as a regional product line manager for a large insurance company before joining Office Pride.

“My goal for my Office Pride business is to continue to build a profitable business that serves its customers and employees well,” he says.

Office Pride of Indianapolis-Greenwood provides a full range of janitorial services to offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, schools, government buildings, churches, banks and other commercial properties. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards.

Gipson’s location also specializes in stripping, refinishing, scrubbing, recoating and buffing hard floors. They also clean carpet, upholstery and windows, and do post-construction cleaning.

Like many Office Pride franchisees, Gipson was drawn to Office Pride because of the company’s values.

“When I found Office Pride, I had been looking for a business to go into,” he says. “I heard about Office Pride’s biblically based business model and started researching the opportunity. It was a perfect fit. The Office Pride culture’s central focus is to honor God. That is my central focus as well.”

In his personal time, Gipson enjoys spending time with his wife, Fortuna, and their daughter. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing and camping.
