Todd Hopkins is the Founder & CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. Todd earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management from the University of Memphis and his MBA from Butler University.  He is also a graduate of MIT Birthing of Giants Executive Entrepreneurship Academy, a prestigious program exclusively for top entrepreneurs.

Todd earned his CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) designation through the Building Service Contracting Association International. Todd is also the 2008 recipient of the Walter L. Cook Award, the highest honor given by The Building Service Contractors Association International for distinguished service to the commercial cleaning industry.

Todd Hopkins is the author (and co-author) of three books The Carrot Chaser, The Janitor and Five Wisdoms For Entrepreneur Survival.

Blake Clements
Vice President of Operations

Blake Clements is Vice President of Operations.  After graduating with his BA from Indiana University, Blake served as Sales Manager for Barefoot Grass Lawn service and as Vice President of Marketing for Persinger Companies.  Recognizing his tremendous sales and marketing expertise, Blake was recruited to Office Pride in 1998 to develop and lead our fast-growing customer relations and national sales initiatives.

From his tremendous expertise in both franchising and commercial cleaning, Blake provides hands-on training and field support services to new Area Developers and Franchisees along with leading the accounting and financial reporting duties for the corporate office.

Larry Jackson, CFE
Director of Franchise Development & Support

Larry Jackson is the Director of Franchise Development and Support. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University with a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science, Larry began his fast-track executive career with management positions with both Osco Drugs and Backrach Clothing, a high-end modern apparel company.  He then began his franchising career with Tri-State restaurant a franchisee and Area Developer for a three-state division developing two of the top grossing sales stores in the United States.

Larry’s vast experience also includes being the Director of Franchise Development for GMAC Home Services and as President of Gateway West Developments, Inc. of Vincennes, Indiana.  In February 2009, Larry will receive the prestigious CFE - Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association honoring him for his knowledge and dedication to franchising profession.

Richard Sickels
National Sales Manager

Richard Sickels is a veteran sales professional.  Attended Fort Smith University in Fort Smith Arkansas, Richard began …  For over 20 years, Richard served an Indianapolis-based contemporary Christian music radio station as their General Sales Manager, growing the marketing and sales from a break-even operation into a regional powerhouse.  From managing the advertising, sales personnel and related promotional activities, Richard led his team to be recognized as both an industry leader in radio advertising and well as becoming a sales and business building coach to hundreds of men and women across the country.

Today Richard leads all the Indianapolis-based sales activities for Office Pride as well as our nationwide sales efforts including sales training, individual coaching, and marketing penetration strategies and process.
