We are excited to share the good news that our very own Office Pride of Huntsville received top recognition during the recently concluded annual retreat and awards ceremony initiated by the Office Pride, a national franchise brand on commercial cleaning,and one of the most trusted full-service commercial cleaning company in the country.
Not just one, not just two, but three awards received by your Office Pride of Huntsville: Customer Service Award, Standards of Excellence Award; and, Two Million Dollar Club Award.

The “Customer Service” award is given each year to the Office Pride franchisees who receive the highest satisfaction ratings from their customers with a minimum response rate of 30 percent and a minimum of 25 customer responses.
The “Standards of Excellence” award is given to the top 10 percent of franchisees system-wide and is based on sales growth, customer retention, positive customer feedback, corporate compliance and continuing education.
The “Two Million Dollar Club” award is awarded to the franchise owner who bills at least $2 million each calendar year.

This year’s retreat celebrated the 25th Anniversary of Office Pride by looking back on this year’s company-wide accomplishments and challenging all attendees – franchise partners, local market team members and corporate leadership alike – to work relentlessly to exceed expectations, serve with passion and care, and operate with pride day-in and day-out. It was a three-day conference that included extensive training, educational seminars led by leading franchisees and members of the corporate team, and opportunities to collaborate and share best practices across the franchise system.
